(1) Cancellation
If you cannot attend the conference, please let me know it asap.
(2) The Venue
Kobe University Centennial Hall
Access:
1) Take JR Kobe Line and get off at Rokkomichi Station.
2) Then, take Kobe City Bus Line 36 (Bound for Tsurukabuto-danchi Mae) and get off at "Shindai-Bunri Nogakubu Mae" Stop.
Bus time table (Sundays: approx. every 10 mins)
3) Then, walk for 2 minutes as shown in the map below.

(6) Poster
A0 size poster boards are prepared at the conference hall.
These are the pictures (a, b) taken at the previous LCSAW conferences.
Please note that you can NOT printout your poster on the conference site. You may find several print shops, Kinko's Kobe, for example, in Sannomiya area, but we recommend you to prepare it beforehand.

(7) PC connection
It would be better for you to use your own laptops. RBG(=VGA)/HDMI connecting cable is available at the hall. You are advised to save your ppt data in your usb memory just in case.
